What if my retainers don't fit?

In the rare instance that your retainers do not fit as expected, we recognize the potential frustration this may cause. While we aim for impeccable-fitting retainers at CyberDent, we understand that factors such as individual oral anatomy or impression quality can sometimes impact the manufacturing process.

In such circumstances, rest assured that we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. Should you encounter any issues with the fit of your retainers, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we are dedicated to resolving any challenges promptly and effectively.

What if my appliance becomes uncomfortable?

Much like breaking in a new pair of shoes, adjusting to a new dental appliance may require some time. We recommend a gradual approach to wearing your new appliance. Initially, avoid wearing it all day and allow your mouth to acclimate to the change. If you experience any pain or discomfort while using your new dental appliance, discontinue its use immediately and get in touch with us.

At CyberDent, we offer a complimentary adjustment service for your new appliance. Simply reach out to us via email or phone, and we'll collaborate with you to ensure your appliance fits perfectly. Additionally, you can consider consulting a local dentist who can make adjustments for a nominal fee. In the meantime, here are some alternative steps you can take:

  • Opt for soft foods in your diet.

  • Remove the appliance when sleeping.

  • Maintain daily cleaning of the appliance.

  • Gradually extend the duration of wearing your appliance throughout the day.

  • Explore over-the-counter denture relief creams or gels.

Should you continue to experience pain or discomfort, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your appliance. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
